MEDLINE is produced by the National Library of Medicine and covers the international literature on biomedicine, including the allied health fields and the biological and physical sciences, humanities, and information science as they relate to medicine and health care. The Ovid platform provides access to over 23 million of the latest bibliographic citations and author abstracts from more than 5,600 journals published world-wide, starting from 1946. Over 60 journals are available full text. The access to the “Medline ALL” version includes the “Indexed MEDLINE” segment, as well as the “In-Process & Other Non-Indexed Citations”, the citations added to PubMed daily and the “Epub Ahead of Print” segments.
